What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I had ordered?
We ensure that we always deliver the right product to you. However, in any case you receive a wrong order, you can notify us within 24 hours with your order number by contacting us on support@kashkay.in or on Whatsapp
What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
Our delivery partner may make upto 3 attempts to connect with you to have your order delivered after the original attempt to deliver. Following this, the order will be returned to SEOUL. Kindly note, we will be unable to refund against undelivered orders.
